Gorgeous beachfront accommodations at the Amansala Resort in Tulum, Mexico. The Amansala Yoga And Wellness Resort is celebrated for its serene atmosphere and exceptional location with direct beach access. Tulum is rated as one of the top 5 beaches in the world, with miles of white sandy beaches and turquoise blue water.
The resort boasts a village-like setting with three beautiful yoga shalas, grounds, lounge areas, and rooms.

Retreat Host + Reiki Master
Teresa Guthrie is a Reiki master, Certified Life + Energetics Coach, the Founder of Sol Shine Coaching, and YOUR SHINE RETREAT HOST!Teresa discovered and grew her gift for coaching thru years in the beauty industry. All of those personal connections with women led her to uncover her true gift - empowering others to unlock their full potential.
In 2023 she felt a tug from the universe to start The Shine Retreat and she’s excited to be back in Tulum for more growth, transformation, and connection.
Beyond hosting you in Tulum, Teresa will also be leading the retreat’s reiki sessions. Reiki is an incredible healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall harmony in mind, body, and spirit. It harnesses the power of energy to restore vitality and support holistic well-being. It’s like a spa day for your energy field!

Movement Alchemist + Energy Healer
Hi! I am Jessica Noële and I am a recovering high-powered, 9-to-5 boss bitch turned movement alchemist and energy healer based in Phoenix, Arizona.
For as long as I can remember, I was checking boxes, following the formula, doing all the things I was ‘supposed to do’ in order to achieve whatever the dream was. I began my career in music working for the hottest labels, working with some of the most influential artists at the time (and some still relevant today) and then quickly pivoting to working in the nonprofit/cultural sphere of things (think theaters-like where Hamilton got its start) when the music labels got decimated by streaming services. Moving from Hollywood, CA to Brooklyn, NY in order to check the “get your masters” box as well as conquer the whole, ‘if I can make it here, I can make it anywhere” mentality. Fun fact… you can make it anywhere, you don’t have to live in New York first.
After 10 years of that game, I sold my life and decided to travel the world. I spent roughly 18 months out of the country and then another 3 or 4 traveling between LA and Brooklyn - falling back into old routines. Frustrated that I was aimless and not getting ahead, whatever that meant. I couldn’t really even pinpoint what I wanted and why I wasn’t there.
Luckily, the few things that kept me going was movement and Reiki. See, the entire time I was climbing the corporate ladder, I was also teaching various forms of fitness (yoga, pole dancing, kickboxing, meditation, etc.) while also funding my travels by offering Reiki sessions to my fellow travelers.
It would take another almost 10 years (and a far too long pit stop in the tech start up world) to finally step into my vision -- Feral. As a dynamic force in the world of personal transformation and self-discovery, I have a profound passion for helping individuals reconnect with their most authentic selves. Drawing from my expertise in creative brand strategy, holistic healing modalities, and physical fitness, I created a platform that blends ancient wisdom with modern techniques, fostering a deep, primal connection to the self and the natural world.
Fueled by nachos and chai teas, I create from a place of curiosity, strategy, and vibrance.

As you plan for travel, keep in mind that activities will begin the afternoon of the 25th and we will close out before noon on the 28th.

Payment plans are available and the total must be paid in full by August 15, 2024.

Yes. All-inclusive meals include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages featuring local, nourishing foods that can be tailored to meet your needs. Amansala’s motto is from the earth to your plate.
There are options to purchase additional entrees, snacks, and beverages on site. Local options and walkable restaurants are also available to you. -
All prices reflect a shared room cost. If you are traveling with a friend and want to room together, you may submit a request to see if it can be arranged.
Private rooms available for an additional fee upon availability only. -
A valid passport is required to enter Mexico by air. Those attempting to enter at an airport with a U.S. passport card only or other form of government identification may be denied admission.

Amansala Tulum is located 122 km (75.64 mi) or 1 h 39 min away from Cancun International Airport.
The Tulum Airport is now an option as well! The travel time to the resort is shorter, but transportation to and from the airport will be an additional charge.

Transportation will be billed upon arrival.
Prices range from $45- $195 depending on if the ride is available for a share or private transfers. This price does not include gratuity.
You may fly into the Cancun airport or the Tulum airport and transportation is available to/from the resort for both.

We love to leave some details of our retreat to the imagination so you can fully relax into a done-for-you itinerary, but that doesn’t mean we can’t give you a sneak peek!
The best idea is to pack for a beach vacation. Easy going, flowy, cool & casual clothing is encouraged. Plan on packing active wear for excursions and yoga classes, too!

There are no refunds available after August 1.
Prior to August 1st you're eligible for 50% of the total due invoice if the need to cancel should arise.

While we do not anticipate cancelling the retreat, if the resort has to cancel/reschedule for any reason your funds will be moved to the next available retreat.
